Shopping Procedure
This page will help you understand how to shop at Suizan-kyuguten.
※Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.
※Payment is accepted only via PayPal.
- Place your order
Browse or search for the items you wish to purchase, add them to your shopping cart, and proceed to check out.
- Receive automatic verification mail
You will receive an automatic verification email from Suizan-kyuguten.
Please note that the order total in this email does not yet include shipping cost and handling fee for duty-free.
- Notify the stock status and shipping cost.
Once we receive the customer’s order, we will check stock, collect goods, and calculate the shipping cost.
And then notify the final total via payment request email.
Back-order items:
Depending on the maker’s material stock status, the production lead time could be from 4 weeks to 8 weeks or so.
For orders with such purchases, we will quote and notify you of the shipping charge upon receipt of products.
In this case, please understand that the notification of shipping costs cannot be done immediately.
In other words, sending out shipping charges and payment request mail means the back-order product is in our store and ready to be shipped out.
- Payment
Payment is accepted only via PayPal.
After calculating the shipping fee, we will send you an email with PayPal payment instructions.
*PayPal fees are to be borne by the customer.
- Shipping
All goods will be shipped via EMS, Air (Japan Post) except yumi.
Please note that there is no other shipping options available.
We are unable to split the order and ship to more than one single address or to more than one single method.
We will notify customers of the parcel tracking number after the goods are sent out.
- Receive automatic verification mail
The delivery normally takes around 5 to 7 days.

The delivery charge indicated in the payment request email does not include local import tax and consumption tax.
Whenever there is import duty or tax due, please contact SF Express or the local authority for further details.
Rough delivery charge quotation for 3 yumi.
Asia : JPY 7,000～12,000 (SF Express）
Oceania・North America・Middle America・Middle And Near East: JPY 30,000～40,000 （UPS）
Europe: JPY 25,000～35,000 （UPS）
Africa : JPY50,000～60,000 （UPS）
※The delivery charge via international courier,UPS, is normally calculated by volume or weight.
However, for large items such as yumi, the delivery charge will be based on the volume instead of weight. Please note.
Attentions!!
General terms:
- All products will be shipped via EMS・AIR（Japan-Post）
Please note that there are no other shipment alternatives.
However, items such as yumi (bow) exceed EMS size limits and will be delivered via international courier service, UPS・SF
- Please note that the payment total shown after the order was placed excludes shipping costs.
The final total will be notified via email after the shipping cost is computed.
Product colors/appearances
※There is a possibility of color variation between the photos displayed on our
website and image projected on customers’ PC monitors or smart phone screens.
Please understand.
Yumi
Please understand that we have difficulty complying with the request to replace.
Nigirikawa (grip leather) or add more rattan wrapping from 3 to 5.
※ Yumi draw weight : namisun yumi is measured at 85 cm in draw length.
※ Nisunnobi is measured at 90 cm in draw length.
Reminders of Ya
Some duralumin shafts may have tiny marks near the hazu.
Please understand that it is inevitable in the manufacturing process.
※ Yajaku length excludes Yaziri.
In other words, the final ya length will be around 1 cm longer. Please understand.
※ Hazu・Yaziri can’t be specified. The conventional hazu・yaziri are used for all duralumin and carbon ya.
※ There is only one set of ya for each item posted. The order of multiple sets is not possible. Please note.
Kake
Due to the nature of leather, certain products may have some marks, wrinkles, stains, etc.
Please note and understand that they are not damaged or flawed products.
※ A piece of white cotton shitagake will be enclosed.
Delivery address requirements.
Please enter a shipping address outside of Japan.
For orders with any domestic delivery address, consumption tax exemptions can't be claimed.
Any order placed at an export agent’s domestic address will be rejected by the system automatically.
Thus, please do not enter the export agent’s address under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation will be acceptable under any circumstances once the order is placed.
Please double-check the order details before placing an order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to concerns about recipient country policy, order contents, etc.
Return and Refund Policy
Any return or refund will be IMPOSSIBLE once an order confirmation email is sent out.
We will make every effort to collect and pack the goods ordered.
Photos of items to be packed and shipped will be sent along with the tracking number to the customers for their records.
There is a possibility that items may be missing or lost when or after declaring customs.
In such cases, we are afraid we will not be responsible for such a shortage issue.
Please contact the local authority and international courier directly for compensation.
Consumption Tax
※ We will not collect Japan’s consumption tax from overseas customers for online orders.
However, this term can only be applied to orders with shipment addresses outside of Japan.
However, consumption tax is included in the automatic reply email.
(The email sent immediately after your order was placed).
Therefore, we will be sending a “Thank you for your order” email to inform customers of the total order amount with the consumption tax deduction.
